Do they have a gluten free menu.
Because it is family owned and use family recipes wheat is the staple of the food items. Knowing this you can understand that the preparation may contain gluten even when you would believe the menu item is glutten free. Their menu does not identify glutten free entrees. Sorry to be the bearer of such news but most local based family restaurants don't have separate cooking facilities for gluten free meals preparations.
Do u serve ground beef enchiladas? I can’t eat shredded beef, carne asada or chicken?
No, we do not have ground beef at all.
Why does No one answer the phone?
They usually only have one person taking orders and one cooking. This can lead to a back up of customers. But the food is well worth the wait. Also everytime i call i get an answer. Maybe just the time you call?

Yes, they are closed on Wednesdays.
